ORDERS

We endevor to fullfil orders the next business day from when they are placed. Please allow up to two days additional time if ordered on late Friday or over the weekend.

Internternational customers will need to account for timezone differences.

Time to ship information is availible in the product description i.e. Ships in 1 -2 days.

Local Australian shipping is handled by AusPost and its partners.

DUTIES AND TAXES

We want all customers to be satisfied with the products they purchase from Tribe of Ski. Please see the following terms and conditions for refunds and exchanges.

Refund Terms:

You can be refund full priced items within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must meet the following conditions:

• Refunds and exchanges will only be issued if the item is in a saleable conditions ie. unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and not dirty.
• Proof of purchase is required for all refunds
• The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs and arranging return shipping for refunds and exchanges.

If a product was purchased with the incorrect size an Exchange can take place as long as it meets the above terms.

If an item purchased is not fit for use or somehow faulty you will be fully refunded and all postage costs will be covered by Tribe of Ski. This does not include items where care instructions have not been followed i.e. Garment has shrunk from being tumble driedr where “Do not tumble dry” has been indicated.
